Insomnia
In treating insomnia we have to make sure we differentiate the pattern of imbalance correctly. We don’t have a magic pill for everyone. The specific organ-meridian imbalances have to be determined and treated appropriately. Two people with the same pattern of imbalance may very well receive two slightly different treatments.
With insomnia we are often treating issues where there is an underlying deficiency causing a flaring of excess energy at a time of day when the body’s energy should be going inward into dormancy. The results achieved with acupuncture and Herbal Medicine for insomnia are promising.
